Tai Po Waterfront Park

Spread over 22 hectares, Tai Po Waterfront Park stretches along the shoreline of Tolo Harbour and provides a magnificent panoramic view of Tolo Harbour. As the largest park managed and maintained by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, the park has a diverse collection of plants that blossom throughout the year. The Spiral Lookout Tower is an iconic landmark. With a height of over 32m located on the waterfront it offers stunning views of the park and Tolo Harbour.

As the largest park managed and maintained by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, the park has a diverse collection of plants that blossom throughout the year. The Spiral Lookout Tower is an iconic landmark. With a height of over 32m located on the waterfront it offers stunning views of the park and Tolo Harbour.
A reflection pool, comprising of a shallow pool of water, helps create a reflection of the surroundings on the surface of the water. Visitors can walk around the pool, and see the crystal clear reflection of both themselves and the surrounding planting. This helps visitors to relax after a hectic day at work.
The wooded Tai Po Waterfront Park occupies an area of 22 hectares and stretches along the shoreline embracing the quiet waters of the bay.
The magnificent panorama of Tolo Harbour is enjoyed by the runners on the jogging trail and visitors resting under the Pavilion. The sheltered terraced seating offers unobstructed views of the harbour.
A bike ride along the promenade will guarantee a spectacular view of Tolo Harbour and a pleasant journey to other parts of the park and beyond. Bike Kiosk is conveniently located near the Spiral Lookout Tower.
The open grass areas with shade trees and open views of the sea provide an ideal location to gather and socialize.
Broad, shaded boulevards provide a comfortable walking environment linking the various facilities and spaces within the park.
The specially designed floral carpet at Tai Po Waterfront Park has undergone a facelift, and provides a pleasant, aesthetic effect to the park. Footpaths amongst the strips of flowers and open corners are provided to allow visitors to take photos of the floral arrangement.

A hotspot for taking stunning photos of sunsets at the famous landmark is the Spiral Lookout Tower.
The park provides abundant seating to encourage people to stay and enjoy the outdoors including reading in the sun.
At a height of over 32m and located on the waterfront the Spiral Lookout Tower offers stunning views of the park and Tolo Harbour. As visitors walk up the twisting wooden ramps the line of sight constantly changes from the sea to the promenade to the adjacent park and gardens, ending at the top of the structure with a panoramic view of the waterfront.
